3 Score - The support group for mature workers
In the UK, there appear to be precious few places for older workers (let's say 55+) to discuss finding paid and unpaid meaningful work once their career 'falters'.
This forum is attempt to create a space for people in that boat to meet online and help each other to find such work and to discuss the challenges.
It is 100% free. We talk. That's it.
It uses the 'ProBoards' forum platform which is funded by a small running advert banner unconnected with the 3 Score forum (pays the hosting basically)
Set up by Ad van der Rest. A 60-year-old HR Director whose career has hit some bumps in the road. If there's nothing out there to help, set it up yourself!
